Since its creation, nesss has established itself as a bold, human event agency, orchestrating memorable experiences for its corporate clients across Quebec. Driven by the vision of its founder, Sophie Laflamme, the agency has grown rapidly. In less than two years, the number of mandates doubled, as did the size of the team and the number of external partners involved in each project.

But this meteoric growth revealed certain limitations in management methods. Each event, although unique, was based on similar processes. Yet the team often started from scratch, wasting time, forgetting things and overloading managers' minds. Coordination involved endless e-mail chains, documents scattered over several platforms, and inefficient manual follow-up.

It was against this backdrop that the agency decided to implement Asana, a collaborative project management software, with the aim of gaining clarity, efficiency and peace of mind.
